CrossFit Kids

A fun, safe program designed to get kids moving and loving fitness. Classes focus on basic movement skills, coordination, strength, and confidence through games and age-appropriate workouts. We help kids build healthy habits while having fun and being part of a supportive team.

Crossfit Teens

A structured program teaching teens how to train safely and confidently. Classes focus on proper technique, strength, conditioning, and fitness while building confidence and resilience. Perfect for teens new to training, involved in sport, or preparing to move into adult classes.
