Classic weightlifting focuses on the Clean & Jerk and Snatch movements. Our knowledgeable head weightlifting coach, Michael Murphy, will teach you how to move your body efficiently and safely through these movements and how to cater your progressions to suit your goals and capabilities.
We have a dedicated weightlifting area, where you will find several weightlifting platforms which are specifically designed to optimise your training and ensure you have all necessary equipment easily accessible to you during your sessions.
